Troubleshoots which some users may have:
– Microsoft Windows:
Users who have older versions of Windows, such as “XP SP2” & previous ones can have errors when running FB Shredder if they didn’t install Microsoft’s .NET Framework. The problem is easily fixable by installing NET Framework.
